Did someone say 'award-winning syrups'?

We are chuffed to have won not one, but two (yes, TWO!) Great Taste Awards for our Raspberry Shrub and Passionfruit syrups. The announcement came just before we celebrated our first year since launching.

Judges commented that our Raspberry Shrub was,

“A glistening pink syrup with an excellent raspberry nose. The flavour has a good hit of fresh raspberry and would make a pleasant addition to many cocktails.”

Our Raspberry Shrub is made with real raspberry juice and apple cider vinegar, giving the syrup a zingy sharpness to complement its bright raspberry flavour. It’s one of our most popular syrups and is great for making twists on a Collins or Old Fashioned.

The Passionfruit on the other hand is a classic fruit flavour used in many popular cocktails (Pornstar Martini, anyone?). Made with real passionfruit juice, it has a deep hit of passionfruit flavour with a good balance of acidity. The judges reviewed it as,

“Beautifully clear and there is passionfruit very clearly on the nose.”

We designed our syrups to replicate the homemade syrups good bartenders make themselves, and the awards acknowledge that authentic flavour is at the forefront of our brand.
