Ramos Gin Fizz

• 15ml Vanilla Syrup

• 10ml Lime Juice

• 10ml Lemon Juice

• 1.25ml orange flower water

• 25ml single cream

• 25ml egg white

• 50ml gin

• soda top

Shake hard and strain into a hi-ball.

Gently top with soda.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
