Penicillin

• 15ml Ginger Syrup

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 40ml Scotch whisky

• 10ml peated Scotch whisky

• 1 teaspoon honey

Shake and strain over block ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a cube of ginger.
