• 50ml Strawberry Purée

• 25ml Simple Syrup 1:1

• 20ml Lime Juice

• 35ml white rum

Blend with ice, set aside.

• 25ml Pineapple & Coconut Syrup

• 25ml coconut cream

• 50ml pineapple juice

• 35ml gold rum

Blend with ice, set aside.

Pour both blended drinks into a hurricane glass.

Garnish with a strawberry and pineapple leaf.
