Mint Julep

  • 10ml Demerara Syrup

  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice

  • 1/8 tsp allspice

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 100ml boiling water

  • 50ml dark rum

Mix the spices with the butter and rum.

Stir in the boiling water until combined.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
