Fog Cutter

  • 15ml Orgeat Syrup

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • 45ml orange juice

  • 40ml gold rum

  • 10ml gin

  • 10ml cognac

  • 10ml pisco

  • 15ml olorosso sherry (float)

Shake and strain into a tiki glass of crushed ice.

Crown with more ice.

Pour over the sherry.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
