FOD Fizz

• 20ml Strawberry Shrub Syrup

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 30ml Absolut vodka

• 10ml Absolut Vanilla vodka

• 20ml cream

• 2 dashes of absinthe

• 15ml egg white

• soda top

Shake and strain into a hi-ball glass of ice. Top with soda.

Garnish with a fresh bunch of mint.
