Bramble

• 15ml Blackberry Shrub Syrup

• 15ml Simple 1:1 Syrup

• 25ml Lemon Juice

• 50ml gin

Shake all ingredients except the shrub and strain into a rocks glass of crushed ice.

Add an ice crown and drizzle with Blackberry shrub.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a blackberry.
