Aqua Flora

• 25ml Elderflower Syrup

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 50ml aquavit

• 5ml aquafaba

• A dash of rhubarb bitters

• soda top

Shake and strain into a hi-ball of ice.

Top with soda.

Garnish with pineapple leaves and edible flowers.

Non-alcoholic:
